Kelly is seeking a Customer Resolution Specialist to support a top pharmaceutical client in Rochester, New York. This onsite role offers a pay rate of $24.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with temp-to-perm potential.

You will investigate customer concerns, communicate via phone or email, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining customer satisfaction. A High School Diploma is required; some college is a plus.
