Collectors in Boca Raton, FL is hiring for a Customer Relations Lead to join the PSA Customer Relations team. The role is onsite five days a week, reporting to the Assistant Manager, and focuses on resolving customer inquiries, processing claims, and providing accurate information per department protocols.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in customer relations, strong communication and listening skills, and familiarity with Google Workspace and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relations background in a service environment.
• Ability to investigate and resolve customer issues with tact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and internal teams to provide solutions.
• Clarify issues, determine causes, and explain the best resolution.
• Maintain customer accounts and process adjustments as needed.
• Update order spreadsheets and track incoming orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the lead or supervisor.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Operations.
