Job summary

Collectors is seeking a temp-to-hire Customer Relations Specialist to join our PSA Customer Relations team. You will work full-time onsite at our New Jersey office from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday, engaging cross-functionally to resolve client issues and uphold service quality.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer relations experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, plus familiarity with Google Workspace and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1+ years of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with internal and external parties.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to find solutions for customer responses.
• Provide accurate information using department protocols to customers.
• Resolve queries by clarifying issues, determining causes, and explaining the best solution.
• Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Continuously update the department spreadsheet of incoming orders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the lead or supervisor.
