Job summary

Collectors in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Customer Relations Lead, PSA, to join our Customer Relations team. You will work full-time onsite at our NJ office, support customer inquiries, investigate claims, and drive timely resolutions while upholding our service standards.

The role requires a minimum of four years in customer relations, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment in interactions with internal and external parties.
• Collaborates with Operations and other departments to find solutions for customer responses.
• Provides accurate, complete information by following department protocols.
• Resolves queries by clarifying issues and identifying the best solution.
• Maintains accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Updates department spreadsheet of incoming orders.
• Escalates unresolved issues to the appropriate lead or supervisor.
