Job summary

Doss is hiring a Customer Product Operations Lead to own the post-sales lifecycle for key clients, from discovery through go-live. You will map end-to-end business processes across client organizations and drive new product capabilities on the DOSS ERP platform.

You will lead a pod of associates, build scalable practices, and collaborate with engineering on integrations and data migrations. AI-driven improvements and customer success are central to the role.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in engineering, consulting, finance, operations or tech program management.
• Systems thinking across people, process, and technology.
• Experience in high-pressure startup/finance environments.
• Technical problem-solving from first principles.
• Strong analytical mindset; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for 1–2 large clients.
• Map end-to-end business processes and workflows across the organization.
• Drive the build of new product capabilities for upper mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Lead and mentor a pod of associates across concurrent projects.
• Build best-in-class practices and processes across the team.
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations.
• Manage UAT, training, and go-live support; drive retention and advocacy.
• Lead initiatives to drive automation and AI-driven improvements.
