Job summary

DOSS is recruiting a Customer Product Operations Lead to own the post-sales lifecycle for key clients and to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of ERP-like capabilities on the DOSS platform.

You will partner with client leadership to map processes, build workflow-driven solutions, and guide a small team through multiple concurrent projects, delivering value and ensuring customer success.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations or technical program management.
• Systems thinking: navigate interconnected people, process and technology.
• Experience in high-pressure startup, consulting or finance environments.
• Technical from first principles; strong analytical abilities; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for 1-2 large clients.
• Map end-to-end business processes and workflows across the client organization.
• Drive development of new product capabilities for upper mid-market and enterprise.
• Lead and mentor a pod of associates across concurrent projects.
• Build best-in-class practices and processes across the team.
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration on the DOSS platform.
• Collaborate on integrations and data migrations required for implementations.
• Manage UAT, training, and go-live support; foster client relationships.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to enhance the customer lifecycle.
