Qualifications

• 4+ years in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management.
• Ability to traverse and untangle interconnected processes.
• Experience in high-pressure roles within startups or consulting.

• Support e2e post sales customer lifecycle and ensure client success.
• Conduct deep dives to map business processes.
• Build new product capabilities to support client needs.
