The position emphasizes strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to assist customers with product questions while maintaining store cleanliness and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with store management and associates
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience
• Must be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with phone answering SOPs.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up orders.
• Obtain required customer information for all pickups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Comply with safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Be an expert in product knowledge and assist customers with questions.
• Clean and stock products per brand standards.
• Act in line with company core values.
