Job summary

Floor & Décor is seeking a customer storage pickup associate to greet customers and manage the storage buy pickup process. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions, with base pay starting at $15.55 per hour and higher starts based on experience.

The ideal candidate has retail sales experience, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal and computer skills to support customers and store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of staff
• Strong computer skills and internet coordination experience
• Self-starter who performs well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Explain and follow the company’s phone answering SOP.
• Verify the identity of pickup person to ensure authorization.
• Obtain required customer information for storage buy pickups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling items.
• Be an expert in product knowledge and assist customers with questions.
• Clean and stock products according to Floor & Décor’s brand standards.
• Support the company’s core roles in daily work.
