Job summary

Floor & Decor in Colorado Springs is seeking a customer-focused storage buy pickup associate to greet customers and manage the pickup flow. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, with opportunities to help customers with product questions and selections.

You will verify pickup identities, collect required information, and process orders while maintaining Floor & Decor’s brand standards and safety practices in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with the company’s phone answering SOP.
• Verify the identity of the person picking up the storage buy orders.
• Obtain the required customer information on all storage buy pick-ups.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS.
• Comply with safety SOPs for lifting practices.
• Be an expert in all product knowledge and assist customers with questions.
• Clean and stock products per Floor & Décor’s brand standards.
• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core roles.
