Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a customer-facing associate to greet customers and manage the storage buy pickup process in a fast-paced retail environment. The role supports the car topper program and requires attention to identity verification and data collection at pickups.

The position offers both full-time and part-time hours with opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and benefits consistent with Floor & Decor policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pickup process.
• Manage the storage buy pickup process with the company’s car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with the company’s phone answering SOP.
• Verify identity of the person picking up storage buy orders to ensure authorization.
• Obtain required customer information on all storage buy pickups.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting practices.
