Job summary

Floor & Decor is looking for a customer-focused individual to greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist customers with product selections, handle POS transactions, and ensure safety standards are followed.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with store management and associates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with store management and associates
• Strong computer skills and internet coordination experience
• Must be a self-starter and work well in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process
• Meet and greet storage buy customers
• Assist customers with product questions and selections
• Handle storage buy orders in POS accurately
• Comply with safety SOPs for lifting and handling
• Maintain knowledge of products and assist customers with questions
• Stock and clean products according to brand standards
• Support store operations and company core roles
