Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent needed.
• Clear communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels of store staff.
• Proficient with computers and basic internet project coordination.
• Self-starter who adapts to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Follow phone answering SOP and verify identity of pickup person.
• Collect required customer information for pick-ups.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS system.
• Follow safety SOP for lifting and handling.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers with questions.
• Stock and clean products per brand standards.
