Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring for roles that greet customers and manage the storage buy pickup process in a fast-paced retail setting. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail sales experience, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills to interact with store management and staff. Applicants should be capable of using a POS system and basic computer tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pickup process.
• Demonstrate knowledge of SOPs and ensure customer identity for pickups.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections; stock and clean products per brand standards.
