Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Store Associate in the United States to greet customers and manage the storage buy pickup process. You will support the car topper program, verify identities, and process orders at the POS. The role is available as full-time and part-time with benefits and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong communication, and thrives in a fast-paced setting while upholding safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination to perform essentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of store staff.
• Solid computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet storage buy customers.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up process with the car topper program.
• Demonstrate knowledge and comply with the phone SOP.
• Verify the identity of pickup customers for authorization.
• Obtain required customer information for pick-ups.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS.
• Follow lifting safety SOPs.
• Be an expert on product knowledge and assist customers.
• Clean and stock products per brand standards.
• Act in line with the company’s core roles.
