Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments, and renew leases. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to advance ownership of merchandise.

You will work with the team to meet revenue goals, manage account records, and handle renewals with a focus on customer satisfaction and asset protection. The position includes eligible incentive pay and a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to work in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification may be required in location of position (United States).
• Able to work a schedule of hours from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
