Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor who serves as a coach to our customers, driving payment collections and lease renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. You will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.

The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations, with responsibilities including

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with valid driver's license and compliant MVR.
• Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and up to 300 lbs with dolly.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy and ability to multitask in a store environment.
• Proficient telephone etiquette and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system and document payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed leases, both in home visits and by phone.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewal payments to customers.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure, and protect product in company vehicle and operate vehicle safely.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
