Job summary

The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payment collections and lease renewals by explaining lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will engage customers over the phone and in person to move them closer to ownership while maintaining accurate account records in our store systems. The role emphasizes high energy interaction, excellent communication, and the ability to handle challenging conversations.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update contact information in store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements by phone or in home visits.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewal payments to customers.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
