Aaron’s in Daytona Beach is hiring a Customer Account Advisor. The role involves coaching customers, driving payment collections and lease renewals, and building strong relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership.

The position emphasizes empathy, strong communication, multitasking, and a high-energy approach, with a schedule that can vary and opportunities for incentive pay based on performance.

Formación

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask in a store environment.
• Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and protect company assets.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts, updating information in store systems.
• Direct contact with customers for lease renewals in home or in person.
• Sell benefits of timely lease payments to customers.
• Assist with daily revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Load, secure and protect product in the company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
• Support the Sales Team and other duties as needed.
