Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor in Florida to coach customers on lease renewals and payment collections. You will build relationships via phone and in-person interactions to move customers toward ownership.

Key duties include maintaining customer accounts, contacting customers who did not renew leases, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The role requires strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store systems.
• Direct contact with customers about lease renewals in person or by phone.
• Promote timely lease renewal payments and benefits to customers.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Perform vehicle checks and safely operate company vehicle.
• Assist Sales Team as needed.
