Job summary

Aaron’s is looking for a Customer Account Advisor who will coach customers, drive payment collections and lease renewals, and help customers move toward ownership by building strong relationships in person and over the phone.

You will manage accounts, contact customers who have not renewed leases, promote timely payments, and support the sales team with daily revenue goals while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (300 lbs with dolly) and work 8am–9pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customers’ accounts and document payment appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by home visits or phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals.
• Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Load, secure and inspect merchandise for transport.
• Operate company vehicle safely and assist Sales Team as needed.
