Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections and lease renewals, and ensure satisfaction with the product. The role involves building relationships with customers over the phone and in-store, guiding them toward ownership.

The position requires strong interpersonal skills, resilience in conversations, and readiness to work a schedule from 8am to 9pm. Pay ranges from $12.25 to $13.00 per hour, with incentive pay possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with ability to multitask and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers for lease renewals, in-home visits and by phone.
• Explain benefits of timely lease payments and renewed agreements.
• Support revenue and renewal goals set by management.
• Assist with merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and QA tasks.
