Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor to build relationships with customers, coach on payment collections, and guide lease renewals. The role combines in-store and field contact to drive ownership and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include updating accounts, renewing leases, achieving revenue goals, and supporting the sales team. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required, with a flexible schedule and customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High energy with the ability to multitask and maintain professionalism

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in the store computer system
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed Lease agreements, in home and by phone
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals and payments
• Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals
• Handle merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management
• Ensure merchandise is cleaned and certified in the QA Center
• Complete weekly vehicle maintenance and daily route sheets
• Load and secure products in company vehicle and safely operate the vehicle
• Support Sales Team as needed
• Perform any reasonable duties requested by management
