Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers on lease renewals and payment collections. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership, while maintaining accounts and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements by phone or in home visits.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals to customers.
• Assist in achieving daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect products in the company vehicle.
• Assist Sales Team as needed.
