Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections, and renew lease agreements. The role involves phone and face-to-face customer interactions, building relationships, and guiding customers toward ownership.

The position requires strong communication, empathy, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation includes an hourly pay range, incentive pay based on performance, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced store setting.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update customer accounts and payment appointments.
• Contact customers for lease renewals via in-home visits and phone.
• Explain benefits of timely lease payments to customers.
• Support revenue and renewal goals for daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
