Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system and document payments.
• Direct contact with customers for renewals and payment arrangements.
• Promote timely lease renewal payments and explain benefits.
• Support revenue and renewal goals set by management.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
