RXO Inc. is seeking a Customer Operations Representative in Chicago, onsite. You will support sales, enter loads, track shipments, and coordinate pickups and deliveries to keep customers informed and satisfied throughout the transportation process.

The role requires strong communication, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated work style with the capacity to work with minimal supervision or in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Support Sales by managing the branch's key accounts.
• Enter loads and confirm notes about shipment status.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with warehouses and customers.
• Track shipment status from start to finish and update the customer.
• Enter information into the TMS and prepare loads for accounting.
• Communicate shipment, billing or follow-up issues to Sales Manager and Carrier Operations Group.
• Prioritize daily workload and monitor account performance.
