Job summary

RXO is a leading provider of transportation solutions leveraging technology to connect shippers and carriers across North America. This role supports sales by managing branch accounts, entering loads, scheduling pickups, and tracking shipments from inception to delivery.

You will communicate with customers, resolve issues, and collaborate with the Sales Manager and Carrier Operations Group to ensure data accuracy and timely updates. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support Sales by managing branch’s key accounts
• Enter loads and confirm shipment status notes
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with warehouses and customers
• Track shipment status from inception to delivery and update customers
• Handle shipment issues and inform customers
• Enter information into the Transportation Management System (TMS) for loads
• Communicate shipment, billing, or follow-up issues to Sales Manager and Carrier Operations
• Prioritize the daily workload and focus on accounts (load entry, tracking, reporting)
• Monitor report cards
