Job summary

RXO is seeking a Customer Operations Representative in Naperville to maintain reports, track shipments, and resolve issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves data entry in the Transportation Management System (TMS) and coordinating with Sales and Carrier Operations groups.

The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with expectations of handling multiple accounts and timely updates to customers.

Responsibilities

• Track shipment status from inception to delivery and communicate updates to customers.
• Handle issues on shipments and share information with the customer.
