Job summary

RXO, Inc. is hiring for a Representative, Customer Operations in Chicago to oversee shipment tracking, issue resolution, and customer communications. You will maintain reports, coordinate loads, and ensure accurate entries in the TMS, supporting Sales and Carrier Operations teams.

The role offers hourly pay of $22.60–$24.04, with potential bonuses or commissions. Prior experience in logistics helps, and you will be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales by managing the branch’s key accounts.
• Enter loads and confirm notes about shipment status.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with warehouses and customers.
• Track shipment status from start to finish and update the customer.
• Resolve issues on shipments and share updates with the customer.
• Enter information into the Transportation Management System (TMS) and prepare loads for accounting; ensure accuracy.
• Communicate shipment, billing, or follow-up issues to the Sales Manager and Carrier Operations Group.
• Prioritize daily workload and focus on key accounts including load entry and reporting.
• Monitor report cards.
