Job summary

RXO Inc. is actively seeking a Customer Operations Representative in Naperville, IL. You will support Sales by managing key accounts, enter loads, schedule pickups, and track shipments from start to finish while communicating status to customers. You will resolve issues and ensure accurate data in the TMS, coordinating with Sales and Carrier Operations.

The role emphasizes prioritizing daily workload, timely updates, and close collaboration with internal teams to optimize service levels.

Qualifications

Experience handling shipments and schedules.
Proficiency with TMS and shipment tracking.
Strong communication with customers and carriers.

Responsibilities

Support Sales with managing the branch’s key accounts.
Enter loads and confirm notes about the status of shipments.
Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with warehouses and customers.
Track the status of shipments from inception to delivery and communicate with the customer.
Handle issues on shipments and share updates with the Sales Manager and Carrier Operations Group.
Enter information into the TMS and prepare loads for accounting.
Prioritize daily workload and monitor report cards.
