Responsibilities

• Support Sales by managing the branch’s key accounts.
• Enter loads and confirm notes about shipment status.
• Schedule pickup and delivery with warehouses and customers.
• Track shipments from start to finish and update customers.
• Enter information into the TMS and prepare loads for accounting.
• Communicate issues to Sales Manager and Carrier Operations Group.
• Prioritize daily workload and monitor reports.
