Responsibilities

• Support Sales with managing the branch’s key accounts.
• Enter loads and confirm notes about shipment status.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with warehouses and customers.
• Track shipment status from inception to delivery and update customers.
• Resolve shipment issues and share information with customers.
• Enter information into the TMS and prepare loads for accounting.
• Communicate shipment, billing or follow-up issues to Sales Manager and Carrier Operations.
• Prioritize daily workload and account focus, including load entry and reporting.
• Monitor report cards.
