Job summary

RXO, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Representative, Customer Operations to maintain reports, track shipments, and resolve issues to ensure our customers have a positive experience. You will support Sales, enter loads, schedule pickups, and monitor shipments end-to-end.

Day-to-day work includes updating the Transportation Management System (TMS), communicating with customers and the Sales Manager, and prioritizing workload across accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales by managing the branches key accounts.
• Enter loads and confirm status notes for shipments.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with warehouses and customers.
• Track shipments from start to finish and update customers on status.
• Resolve issues on shipments and share updates with the customer.
• Enter information into the TMS and prepare loads for accounting.
• Communicate shipment, billing, or follow-up issues to the Sales Manager and Carrier Operations.
• Prioritize daily workload and account focus, including load entry, tracking and reporting.
• Monitor report cards.
