Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and internet applications; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Track and support installation contract business under supervision.
• Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and related billing activities.
• Prepare and submit billings and related documentation for billing.
• Update project schedules and respond to inquiries from customers and subcontractors.
• Assist installation teams to reach revenue goals.
