• Participates in accounts receivable/payable and billing activities.
• Provides backup customer call handling and day-to-day operational support.
• Resolves customer inquiries and escalates issues as needed.
• Prepares and submits billings; maintains accurate project/labor schedules.
• Researches and reconciles costs; assists with vendor communications as required.
• Maintains customer account information and billing conditions.
• Supports subcontract processes and bond/lien requirements.
