Johnson Controls is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support the renewal lifecycle and accounts receivable processes in a fast-paced service environment.

You will assist with scheduling touch points, coordinating with account owners, and communicating with customers to obtain purchase orders and resolve billing issues. A strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction is essential.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tact, cooperation, and persistence; prioritize by financial impact.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planned service agreement renewal process under supervision.
• Handle accounts receivable activities including collections and new customer authorizations.
• Schedule, track, and monitor touch point plans and contract renewal life cycle with account owners.
• Interact with customers to secure purchase orders and meet invoicing conditions; process service billings as required.
• Update and maintain customer account information, tax status, and billing addresses.
