TRYBE is seeking a Customer Onboarding Executive to guide new hospitality-focused customers through setup, configuration, and training on our platform. You will drive product adoption and ensure customers are confident and ready to use the software, setting them up for long-term success.

You will deliver tailored onboarding sessions, act as the primary onboarding contact, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales to resolve issues and continually improve onboarding processes.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in a Customer Onboarding role managing full onboarding lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, tech‑savvy problem-solver who improves onboarding processes.

Responsabilidades

• Guide new customers through onboarding, from setup to successful product adoption.
• Deliver engaging onboarding trainings and product demonstrations tailored to customer goals.
• Serve as the main onboarding contact and ensure smooth handover to Customer Success/Account Management after launch.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify pain points and suggest workflow or content improvements to enhance onboarding.
