Job summary

Cloudbeds is hiring an Onboarding Project Manager to lead mid-market onboarding from initial contract through adoption. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless implementation that drives platform adoption and measurable outcomes for hoteliers.

With remote work options and a high-touch onboarding approach, you will help customers realize value quickly, manage risks, and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Management after go-live.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in hotel operations or hotel management.
• At least 1 year of project management experience within a SaaS or customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers from sales handoff to go-live and transition.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables for successful implementations.
• Lead customer meetings and document action items and next steps.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and escalation points to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, and Account Management.
• Monitor onboarding success metrics and customer adoption to support long-term success.
