Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to lead mid-market customer implementations from contract through adoption. You will partner with Onboarding, Account Management, Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services to deliver a seamless onboarding experience that drives platform adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish at business-professional level.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel operations or hotel management.
• At least 1 year of project management experience within a SaaS or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers, from sales handoff through go-live, adoption, and transition to Account Management.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for successful implementations.
• Serve as primary contact for onboarding mid-market customers with clear communication.
• Lead customer meetings and document action items and next steps.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and escalation points to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management.
• Monitor onboarding success metrics and customer adoption to support long-term success.
