TRYBE is seeking a Customer Onboarding Executive to guide new customers through setup, configuration and training, helping them unlock value from our hospitality software. You will own the onboarding journey, collaborating with Product, Support and Sales to deliver engaging training, ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success, and drive early product adoption for long-term success.

• Experience managing the full onboarding process.

• Ability to collaborate with Product, Support and Sales teams.
• Ability to gather feedback and improve onboarding processes.

Responsabilités

• Guide new customers through onboarding journey from setup to adoption.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Serve as main onboarding contact and hand over to Customer Success post-launch.
• Collaborate with Product, Support and Sales to resolve issues.
• Identify pain points and suggest workflow/content improvements.
