Job summary

Boardable is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through a successful onboarding experience and help them feel confident using Boardable from the start. This role supports multiple onboarding paths, including Foundations webinars, dedicated one-on-one onboarding, and complex implementations with data migration, ensuring a smooth transition and setting customers up for ongoing success.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years in SaaS onboarding or related role.
• Experience managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for 1:1 and group training.
• Consultative approach with strong discovery and listening.
• Ability to map customer goals to adoption opportunities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Comfort with data migrations and technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding from handoff to launch.
• Deliver Foundations onboarding webinars to admins and board members.
• Lead engaging training sessions to build confidence and adoption.
• Provide one-to-one onboarding for customers purchasing services.
• Manage six-step onboarding process across kickoff to post-launch.
• Understand customer goals and suggest usage opportunities.
• Identify expansion opportunities and communicate to Account Manager.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements with clear timelines.
• Coordinate data migration engagements and ensure readiness.
