Job summary

7Seventy is seeking an Onboarding Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new restaurant customers, from kickoff through go-live. You will configure and test accounts, guide customers through implementation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into support.

You will refine playbooks and templates, scale processes, and report on onboarding metrics while managing multiple implementations.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in B2B SaaS implementation or customer onboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
• Strong organizational and process-management abilities; able to create structure.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer support platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for restaurant customers from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure and test accounts to reflect the restaurant's voice, menu, hours, and policies.
• Communicate clearly with restaurant owners and staff via email, phone, and text.
• Troubleshoot setup and integration issues with POS, reservation platforms, and other tech; escalate when needed.
• Manage multiple onboardings simultaneously, keeping accounts on schedule.
• Develop and improve onboarding playbooks, templates, and documentation for scalability.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Support for smooth handoffs.
• Track onboarding metrics and identify patterns to improve processes.
