Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to lead mid-market onboarding, guiding customers from contract to adoption within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate across Onboarding, Account Management, Sales, Product, Support and Professional Services to ensure a high-touch, value-driven kickoff and go-live experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish in business contexts.
• Minimum 4 years in hotel operations or hotel management.
• At least 1 year PM experience in SaaS or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with detail and organization.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to drive project goals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for mid-market customers from sales handoff to go-live and transition.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for successful implementations.
• Serve as primary contact for onboarding mid-market customers, ensuring clear communication.
• Lead customer meetings (pre-kickoff, kickoff, check-ins, go-live) and document actions.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalation points to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Onboarding, Product, Support, PS, and AM teams.
• Monitor onboarding success metrics, adoption, training completion, and utilization milestones.
