Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Sales Leader who is customer-obsessed with strong product knowledge and presentation skills. You will implement store business plans and ensure processes are executed through collaboration with the Store Manager and team, serving as a role model for excellent customer interactions to maximize sales.

You will lead in-store and online selling, foster a customer-obsessed culture, and guide staff on greetings, re-engagements, education, and upselling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or service industry.
• Strong communication and customer selling experience.
• Energetic, people- and results-oriented; driven to succeed.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Able to operate POS system and handle inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support customer selling in-store and online (ship to store).
• Foster a customer-obsessed culture with proactive greeting, re-engagement, education, upselling, and thanking customers.
• Understand role in sales growth and impact on store profitability.
• Demonstrate interpersonal savvy to create exceptional in-store experiences.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise.
• Model professional behavior and uphold company policies.
• Perform MOD duties including opening/closing and team supervision.
• Assist with freight processing, stockroom organization, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Uphold brand values in daily operations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
