Job summary
Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions USA LLC is seeking a driven customer service professional in Strongsville, OH to manage order fulfillment for select customers and products. The role focuses on resolving inquiries, correcting issues, and maintaining high service quality across cross-functional teams.
You will collaborate with internal departments and external providers to implement corrective actions and report optimization opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in order fulfillment and handling customer inquiries.
- Understanding of supply chain operations and service performance.
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems for order processing.
Responsibilities
- Execute order fulfillment processes for an assigned customer group or an assigned group of products.
- Respond to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems arising.
- Provide explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions.
- Identify optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and report to Team Leader and/or Professionals.
- Ensure that services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.
