Job summary

Rehmann is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support sales and operations by managing customer orders, coordinating delivery, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from quote to fulfillment.

This fully onsite role is based out of Toledo, Ohio, and offers collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and ERP/CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years in order processing, sales support, customer service, inside sales, logistics, or related role.
• Experience in industrial automation, controls, manufacturing, or related technical industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory coordination, or logistics processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems; EPICOR a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote and onsite team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through fulfillment.
• Review order details, verify product availability, pricing, and lead times.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to support on-time delivery of products and solutions.
• Prepare and maintain order-related documentation and records.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipment issues, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support sales team members with order tracking, customer follow-up, and administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
