Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Des Plaines, IL. The role focuses on assisting customers, solving problems, and maintaining accurate records while delivering excellent service. Pay is $20.00 per hour, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Duties include communicating with customers by phone and email about orders, shipping, and billing; data entry into Excel or the customer's database; and dispatching drivers for U.S. shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service and data entry.
• Dispatch experience with logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone and email about orders, shipping, or billing.
• Enter data into Excel or the customer's database accurately.
• Dispatch drivers for U.S. domestic shipments and coordinate pickup/delivery.
• Maintain records and communicate with drivers and internal staff.
• Provide timely follow-up and courteous service.
