Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter and maintain customer orders and data in company systems.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding scheduling and status of orders.
• Maintain customer databases and order records.
• Coordinate deliveries with customers, warehouses and carriers.
• Provide outstanding customer service while supporting daily logistics operations.
