Qualifications

• Strong typing skills (45-50 WPM) and proficiency in Outlook and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Chicago's geographic layout to effectively dispatch drivers.
• Fluent spoken and written English, with strong reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with external customers regarding order status and shipping info.
• Enter data into Excel or the customer’s database.
• Assign pick‑ups and deliveries to drivers for U.S. domestic shipments.
• Provide customer service support and notify drivers of assignments.
• Maintain communication with drivers and internal staff on shipments.
• Generate emails to internal and external customers.

Skills
